The same hymn may appear under different numbering, wording and translation choices. A useful record identifies the book, edition, language and publisher where possible.
A new recording has its own credits
Even when the historical text is in the public domain, a recent arrangement and recording may still be protected. Writers, arrangers, musicians and producers should be credited.
